Yes we have a guarantee, it varies for our services, but every service offers a full refund if we don’t deliver what we promised

Why shouldn't we work with a large consulting firm instead?

At Cotlyn Group we only work with a few select companies at a time, to ensure our customers get the result they wanted. Larger firms don’t have this guarantee, if they underdeliver you still pay.

What is your prices for your brand & factory services?

Our prices for these services highly vary, depending on how many products, manufacturers & problems you have. For an exact quote, we offer a free supplier audit.

What does the supplier audit do?

We offer all clients a free supplier audit, where we go through all your numbers to see where there is room for improvement, and if there isn’t we will be the first to tell you that. If there is, we will give you a quote & tell you what we can improve

Is your services customizable?

Yes, all our services are customizable expect for ProfitSeam. If there is something you want to remove, our perhaps add, we are very open to do that. The price will of course be adjusted accordingly
